Wine from a new perspective - October 30

Friday, October 30th from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Through a tasting of excellent Ticino wines led by Philippe Kämpf, we will explore increasingly relevant topics such as sustainable viticulture, organic farming, disease-resistant grape varieties (PIWI), natural wine, the Slow Wine Switzerland movement, and the enhancement of indigenous grape varieties.

Each glass will be an opportunity to learn about the people and choices that are transforming the world of wine. A meeting for those who wish to taste with greater awareness, understanding what lies behind a label while looking to the future with respect for the land.

The activity is guaranteed even in case of bad weather.
