Where can I buy tickets for the village?
From August 26, tickets will be available for pre-sale online on this website. Pre-sale will entitle you to a 20% discount. The ticket is valid only for the day chosen at the time of purchase and cannot be used on different dates.
Alternatively, they can be purchased directly at the Village at full price.
Children under 10 years old can enter for free.
How much does the admission ticket cost and what does it include?
The entrance ticket costs CHF 10.- per person. Only on this website will it be available for pre-sale at CHF 8.- per person.

Your ticket opens the doors to an authentic autumn experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in the colours, scents, and magic of the season as you stroll through the displays. Included are access to the "Fuori di Zucca" village, enchanting photo sets, a treasure hunt, and musical entertainment as per the programme. Every Sunday, a characteristic market with local craft stalls awaits you, where you can discover unique creations and products made with passion.
Is it mandatory to buy tickets online to enter the village?
No, you can purchase tickets directly at the village, but entry is limited, and in case of a sell-out, priority will be given to those who purchased tickets online.
Furthermore, by purchasing your ticket in advance, you can take advantage of a 20% discount and enter the village without queuing.
If I have a motor disability, do I pay the entrance fee?
Admission is free for people with motor disabilities who use wheelchairs. We cannot guarantee that all areas of the Village are accessible.
Any accompanying person pays the regular entrance fee.
How long can I stay at the village?
Beyond the scheduled activities, a visit to the village typically lasts about a couple of hours. But we are sure that once you're in, you won't want to leave! Between the decorations, photo opportunities, and many experiences to enjoy, time will fly. Therefore, there are no limits on how long you can stay.
You can take all the time you want to explore the village, relax, and enjoy lunch, a snack, or an aperitif at our Bistro, savoring the autumn atmosphere at your leisure.
What happens if it rains?
In case of rain, the village will be closed. Those who purchased tickets online will receive a communication with instructions on how to reschedule their booking or obtain a refund.
If you have booked an activity that is guaranteed even in case of rain, it will take place as scheduled in our indoor space.
Can I bring my dog?
Four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they are on a leash. It is essential to pick up after them.
Can I eat at the village?
Absolutely! At the Village Bistro, you'll find plenty of options designed to satisfy every taste: from delicious appetizers to seasonal dishes, prepared with quality ingredients. With pumpkin as the star, of course, but not only! There will also be desserts, hot drinks, and aperitifs.
And during the weekends, don't miss our "Pumpkin Crazy Brunch," to start your day immersed in the village atmosphere, among genuine flavors and autumn scents.
Can I bring food or drinks from outside?
No, it is not permitted to bring food or drinks from outside into the village. Inside, you will find a fully stocked Bistro available every opening day.
Can I buy pumpkins inside the village?
Certainly! Inside the Village, you'll find 14 varieties of local pumpkins to choose from, ranging from decorative ones to those best suited for cooking. You can discover their characteristics, the best ways to use them in the kitchen, and take your favorite one home.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have about ten free parking spaces available. You will find plenty of other parking spaces approximately 200 meters from the village.
